Quick to cook, serve with veg & mash, chop up into a big bowl of salad, in a burger, sandwich or in a wrap, like a fajita. You can get these locally in a supermarket or at your local butchers, I bought these at Coles in Australia.
What you will need:
- Sizzle thin Steak
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Seasoning of your choice. I used some leftover Taco Mix. Find the recipe on Taco’s v Nacho’s
1. On a grill pan (any pan) add the butter and garlic. Wait for the butter to melt, then put your steak’s on.
2. Each side will need up to 1 – 2 minutes, or until turned brown. Repeat with all steaks.
Tips: These are so quick and easy to cook up on a week night. My host family and I had ours steak’s with mash potato, veg and garlic bread.
