Juicy and full of flavour.
What you will need:
- Turkey mince
- Bread crumbs
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- pinch of salt & pepper
1. In a large bowl mix the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, parsley, garlic and seasoning (all the ingredients). I made 5 large burgers, your choice how many or how big you want yours.
2. In a frying pan pour oil that just covers the base of the pan. Place the burgers down.
3. Each burger will need at least 3-4 minutes either side, or until golden and crispy.
4. Serve, best with home-made fries/wedges and a nice salad. Sauce it up with aioli, bbq or tomato sauce.
Tips: If you’ve made extra, cling film the burgers and freeze.
