Super Simple Smoothie


Fill yourself with a fresh drink to satisfy your sweet tooth this afternoon. 

What you will need: 

  • Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Milk
  • Yoghurt (any flavour)
  • Vanilla Essence

Add extra: 

  • Vanilla/strawberry ice cream
  • Banana
  • Protein
  • Add ice
  • More fruit
  • Splash of orange juice


  1. Blend the strawberries first. Pour the milk, add your yoghurt and 1-2 drops of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste.
  3. Pour and drink.

I wanted to make my smoothie slightly healthy, it definitely gave me the satisfaction I wanted. However the full fat combo just tastes amazing, so then I made another straight after with extra ingredients. Yum!
