Eton Mess

Super quick, super easy and super yummy! 

What you will need:

  • Strawberries (chopped)
  • 400 ml double cream
  • Meringue nest
  •  Ginger cordial/stem
  • Vanilla essence

Method: 

1. With half of your strawberries put them into a blender and purée.

2. Once the strawberries are blended. You want to add 1 tsp of ginger and vanilla. Blend again until mixed in then set aside.

3.Whip the double cream until soft peaks form.

4. Pour the strawberries into the cream and mix well until combined.

5.Brake your meringues into the bowl, I used 4 big ones, also adding the leftover strawberries as well. Mix well.

6. Spoon your mixture into 4 glasses.

7. Serve.

Tips: Try not to eat it as you go along. Serve with extra strawberries.
