Pungent Pesto

EASY 

Everything in a mixer, 10 mins.

You will need:

  • 80g Parmesan cheese
  • 30g Pine nuts
  • 1 x Garlic clove
  • 80g basil leaves
  • 150g extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of salt

Method:

1. Place grated Parmesan cheese into mixing bowl (mix in bowl if not grated).

2. Add pine nuts, garlic clove, basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Blend on high-speed for 20 sec.

3. Serve immediately or transfer into a jar, seal and store in the fridge.
