Rachel is also an Au Pair. I went over to Rachel’s to show and make me her host kid’s favourite pudding.
What you will need:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 20g butter
- 1 cup double cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
1.On a low-medium heat, in a saucepan melt the butter. Brake your chocolate into small chunks and add to the pan, stirring until melted, set aside.
2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, put in separate bowls. Take the egg whites and whisk until soft peaks form. Then add the sugar and whisk until thick.
3. Fold the egg yolks with a spatula into the chocolate. Then pour the chocolate mixture into the egg whites. Add the cream and stir.
4. Pour your mixture into individual cups/container and refrigerate over night or 6-8 hours.
Tips: Layer fruit or even crumbs of chocolate on top, for more texture and flavour.
